Key point: The app stores your data on your device. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS; AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DMITRY RODIN OR CREATORA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR ANY BUGS OR ERRORS IN THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dmitry Rodin and Creatora from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at creatora.app/terms with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moscow, Russian Federation.
Note: Governing law will be updated to the State of Delaware, USA upon incorporation of the company.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
