This Privacy Policy describes how Creatora ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and website (creatora.app).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Stored On Your Device Only

The following data is collected and stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Chat history — your conversations with the AI assistant
• User preferences — voice settings, language, theme
• Avatar data — photos you upload for avatar creation, generated avatar models
• Local AI model data — downloaded language models for offline use
• Memory and context — assistant's learned preferences about you

1.2 Information Sent to Third-Party Services

When you use certain features, data may be sent to third-party AI services for processing:

Important: When using Local LLM (offline mode), your messages are processed entirely on your device and are NOT sent to any external service.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or personal identity
• We do not require account registration
• We do not track your location (unless you explicitly request location-based features)
• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers
• We do not have analytics or tracking SDKs in the app
• We do not store any of your data on our servers

2. Avatar Creation (LiveFace Technology)

When you create a personalized avatar:

• Your photo is processed on your device to create the avatar model
• The photo and avatar model are stored only on your device
• Avatar training may use cloud GPU services for initial model generation, after which the model is downloaded to your device and cloud data is deleted
• Your photo is never stored on our servers permanently

3. How We Use Information

We use information solely to:

• Provide AI assistant functionality
• Generate voice responses
• Create and animate your avatar
• Improve app performance and fix bugs (through anonymous crash reports, if enabled)

We do not use your data for advertising, user profiling, selling to third parties, or training AI models on your personal data.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All personal data is stored on your device in the app's private storage
• Data is protected by your device's built-in security (encryption, screen lock)
• Cloud API communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• We do not maintain user databases or servers that store personal information

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• On-device data: You can delete all app data at any time through your device settings (Settings → Apps → Creatora → Clear Data) or by uninstalling the app
• Cloud API data: Data sent to Google Gemini and Microsoft Edge TTS is subject to their respective privacy policies and retention periods
• Avatar data: Deleted when you remove the avatar or uninstall the app

6. Children's Privacy

Creatora is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at support@creatora.app.

7. Your Rights

For All Users

• Access: You can view all your data within the app
• Delete: You can delete all data by clearing app data or uninstalling
• Opt-out: You can use Local LLM mode to avoid any cloud data transmission

For European Union Users (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to: know what personal information is collected, delete your personal information, opt-out of the sale of personal information, and non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
